It was a beautiful boat ride on Lake Martin. I would recommend this tour to anyone! You won't regret it. The boat ramp was very easy to find. I didn't have cell service once we got there and there are not bathrooms. But there is a dollar general down the street.

He explained how the hydrology of the area functions with the Mississippi River and how the water levels change, and how it affects the wildlife. Creeping through tranquil inlets & speeding down a maze of channels. We explored crawfish nets (I snatched one out of the trap for further inspection), we took a plethora of breath taking photos (now posted on Facebook), braced ourselves as we raced through dense thick floating vegetation yet sailed right through like it wasn't there (our guide "Albert" reveled in the expected surprised looks on our faces). He sped us in circles to agitate the carp just below the surface causing them to leap out of the water for our entertainment. We got a brief glimpse of a gator just before he ducked down into the water. In addition to this memorable experience the guide was extremely knowledgeable regarding to the entire ecosystem.
