Longest wait time! Over 30 minutes past my appointment time and still not even in a room. It's almost closing time.

I have been seeing Dr. Campbell to treat my horrible acne with accutane for a few months now and she has been very informative and usually answers questions before I can even ask them. In my previous experience with Dr.'s visits I always feel like they are in a rush or hurry but with her it's different, she always remembers me and picks up the conversation where we left off which is really special and important to me. (Her jokes aren't half bad either). Her whole staff is super sweet and professional aswell, my nurse is usually Josh and when they are in the room the visit feels like I'm with friends rather than a doctors visit. I was really disappointed in this place I got Botox and then I got restlyane silk For the first time because I wanted to address the lines around my mouth, they are like smoker lines but I do not smoke. When they injected my lips I asked them if it would address the lines too because that's why I was getting it in the first place not to make my lips bigger. I was told yes but it did not do anything but make my lips bigger for a week, then they went down to their normal size. I definitely was not being heard. The staff how ever... some of girls were very sweet but one lady was pretty rude but I don't really care because dr.downing was very good and seemed well educated. Took my 10-yr old daughter to see Dr. Lee with multiple issues on different parts of the body (scalp, bottom & arms). Dr. Lee maybe spent 10 minutes felt more like we were being herded like cattle thru the chutes to get us out the door. Prescribed 5 prescriptions to us and an over the counter with no instructions to take with us on which body parts to use the prescriptions and didn't send instructions to the pharmacy either so I had to call back. We had to pay out of pocket which I don't mind at but in order to submit to insurance I have to submit detailed billing with charge codes and they told me they didn't have that. I'm confident that they do because without it they can't submit to insurance for payment. Place is highly overrated. read more

I absolutely love Dr. Campbell and have been a loyal patient of hers for over 7 years now. She is smart, funny and has a great bedside manner. What I do not like is this new cancellation policy that her office has enforced. You have to pay $50 if you cancel on the same day of your scheduled appointment no matter if you cancel first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before. I had a situation where I had to miss an appointment (to take my daughter to physical therapy) and they charged me $50 after I cancelled 6 hours before the appointment. Then the appointment reminder came about 3 hours AFTER I cancelled the appointment. This cancellation policy is the way that you lose loyal patients. read more

Dr. Campbell & aesthetician Lindsey helped clear my rosacea! I have always struggled with severely rosy cheeks that have huge red bumps all over them. Dr. Campbell prescribed a perfect combination of topicals, dermatology grade skin care and laser treatment. Although it's not a curable condition, my skin has been BRIGHT with an EVEN TONE and completely CLEAR for almost a YEAR. I used to need full coverage foundation but now I feel comfortable leaving my house with a tinted SPF. Thank you Dr. Campbell! Lindsey does my IPL's (laser treatment). She explained exactly how the laser works to help my rosacea and makes me feel so comfortable every visit. Lindsey is also very helpful when it comes to product knowledge like what eye cream is best for my skin type? And what order do I put all my creams/serums etc. on? Dr. Campbell took the time to listen to what bothered me most about my skin and offer solutions (as well as the "whys" these solutions would work). I visited Cypress Dermatology recently. I noticed that there was only one other person in the waiting room. When they called me into the patient room, I was given forms to fill out. Within a very short time a young lady came in and asked me what they could do for me. I explained that I had a mole on my forearm that I was concerned about. She said the doctor would be with me shortly and left the room. Almost immediately Dr. Campbell came in the room. I told her that I had not finished the several pages that they had asked me to fill out. She said that was okay and asked to see my forearm. I showed her my arm and she said that I had a pre-cancerous growth and she would freeze it. She never asked if that was my only problem. She had a spray can with her and proceeded to spray the spot on my forearm. I then asked her if there was anything I could do to remove brown spots on my hands and arms. I am 70 years old and she said they come with age but they had some products that might help. She then left the room and 2 young ladies came in and told me that they recommended 2 products for the brown spots or I could have injections in my hands to plump them up again. Then they left. I went to the desk to check out. The cashier said that my total for the day was $302.08. I asked if my insurance paid anything on my bill and she said the $302 was for product. I said I was not sure about that and that the 2 ladies in the room had quoted me a much cheaper price. About that time a young man stood behind me and was acting very impatient. The lady said again that the price was $302 and gave me a very stern look. I gave her my credit card. She then handed me the sack with the product and put the receipt in the bag. I left and immediately realized that I had let myself be bullied. I took the product back and asked for a refund. She said the product could not be returned and that it was so stated on the receipt. I had not looked at the receipt since she had put it in the bag. I took it out and realized that it was a very small register receipt and printed in very small print at the very bottom stated that they did not take returns. I told her that no one had told me that and she said sorry, no returns. I asked to speak to the manager and of course he was not available. They said he would call me. He did call a few days later and told me there was nothing he could do. The next day another lady called me and said that they would not refund the product but they would take the product back and apply 1/2 the price to any other procedure. I asked why they could take the product back for another procedure and not just give me a refund. She said that was all they could do for me but she would check to see why the price I paid was not the price she quoted. She never called back. I am on a strict retirement budget and honestly could not afford $302 dollars. I feel that I was manipulated and they must make their money by cheating people. The doctor certainly did not take the time to find out if I had any other skin problems. she was in the examining room less than 5 minutes. Please consider visiting any other dermatology doctor. This one seems to be operating a scam of sort. I hope this info will help you. read more
