If this could be zero stars, it would be. I just left my "appointment". Nothing happened. I arrived for my appointment just before 3:30, when I was scheduled to have a 45-minute microdermabrasion session. I sat there for a good 15 minutes before I wandered down the hall to try and find somebody. I couldn't find anybody except for a young boy in the back room playing on his phone. I asked him if anybody was working up front, to which he replied "I don't know". I called out hello, and a lady poked her head out from one of the rooms and said she'd be right with me. So I went back up front to sit down and wait. Another lady came in just before 4 and we started chatting. The same blonde lady (Chelsea, I'm assuming) that had poked her head out before, finally came down the hall to greet us around that same time- just before 4. She gave us some paperwork to fill out, apologized for being so late to come greet us, and blamed it on the fact that the customer before us was asking a lot of questions. She then walked back down the hall and disappeared again. At 4:10 I had had enough, and I didn't have time to do the session before having to get kids from school. I grabbed my completed paperwork and walked out. What terrible customer service! Especially when I said it was my first time there, and she knew that I had already been waiting for 40 minutes. Just ridiculous! What an excellent way to show that you just don't care. If I had a customer that had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment, and that was her first impression, I would have made every effort to make that a fantastic experience. Not made it worse by disappearing again. I had gotten this Groupon for the service as a birthday present. I will definitely be seeing if I can return it. I don't want to go back there.
