On occasion I've had to ask for rush cleaning and they've always helped out with no up charging. In addition to cleaning I've had alterations done and again great. I've had motorcycle jacket collars sewed down, "speed opener" pockets added to bartending pants and most significantly a suit fitted all these things were done wonderfully at at a reasonable price. The husband and wife who run the store are great and attentive and it was disappointing to hear that they are looking at retiring in the next few years but no doubt they've earned it. When I asked for a refund she stated that they do not issue refunds. The employee was kind, however, this policy is absolutely absurd. I have been getting uniform shirts dry cleaned for a decade and never once had this issue.

Traveling and wearing a suit to work everyday takes a toll on my clothes. I once lost a button on a shirt and AF returned it to me cleaned and with a new button sewed firmly back onto the shirt. It was a nice little thing they did to go the extra step to help me out. It's not the fanciest place, and you won't be swept off your feet with customer service, but they will do a nice job dry cleaning your clothes.

Most times the cashiers are on their phones playing music or on a phone call. They won't turn it off even if they're receiving clothes to be dry cleaned. I always leave feeling like an inconvenience for bringing my business to them. They say that their hours are 7am to 7pm. Recently I went to drop off my clothes at 8:50am and the doors were locked. I came back later that afternoon and was told the delay in opening was because of bad traffic. No apology or anything. I live walking distance from this location and would rather go out of my way to get my dry cleaning done. This place has been so consistently bad that I will no longer visit. I would highly advise others do the same.

The other dryers are a waste of time and money. Customer service has always been nice to me. The costs to wash my clothes never exceed $5, thus, saving me a lot of water and electricity if I were to wash at home. She apologized profusely and I could tell she was genuinely dealing with life; hopefully her matters are resolved soon as I wouldn't want her tardiness to affect her employability, she is a kind person. Otherwise, the facility is top-knotch. The pricing is reasonable, $1.50 per load on the more soiled setting that I chose, and the machines were clean, the layout of the facility well-organized.

Searched for a laundromat near my son's apartment due to the machines are small and the dryer…read moredoesn't work well. We came on Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The place is very clean and the staff was quite helpful. There's lots of carts to use but they can't go outside. They have lots of big machine options which is convenient for large to super large loads. Prices range from $5,50, $7.50, and $10. The smallest machine is 4.50 (not worth it) which is a lot smaller (half load size) than the next size up which is the $5.50. The machines wash well. They also have 3 size dryers very large for King size or larger comforters, $2.50 large for standards full load dry, and $2.00 for smaller loads. The dryers are set 30 minutes. I was disappointed that not only it took so long but his clothes still wasn't dry although I intentionally made each load lighter and used more dryers. The gentleman working there was nice enough to give me the additional drying needed for free. I took a star off for this. Other disappointed is the tables are super small and inconvenient for folding a full load of clothes. I took a Star off for this as well. Overall we made it work and got the job done. Not sure if we'll go back. I recommend trying for yourself and decide if it works for you. FYI - pictures are spot on so I didn't feel a need to take any.
