My decision to go to Torcaso's was based on reviews from others reflecting excellent customer service, quality results, and that the business is a Mom & Pop type shop, which I personally strive to support. So I decided to bring the sandals there. Upon both visits, the store owners (ran by a brother and sister, Ray and Paula) were super friendly, inviting and provided amazing customer service, which is so hard to come by these days. Additionally, the charge was very affordable. When I returned to pick up the sandals, I couldn't believe how well a job they did! It exceeded my expectations and I was so happy I had decided to go to them. Best of all, my husband was also extremely happy to get them back renewed! Torcaso's definitely extended the life of the sandals, probably for many years to come.
