Our son (19 months) just made the transition from the infant center. The toddler center is a whole new world with different crafts and learning activities. I am very pleased with his teachers and the schedule they keep. The building is secure with a coded lock - everyone who enters must key in the code to enter. My favorite part is the app called class dojo where they upload photos throughout the day. I knew from the start I wanted a school that gave me updates throughout the day - it literally brightens my day when they post photos and helps keep me informed how his day is going and what they are doing. I feel like this school is a real hidden gem.

My daughter loves her teachers and school. Majority of the teachers there have been with them for years. It is like a big family and amazingly every kid know each other by name. However, I think they need to update their old playground equipments and also the concrete pavement in their backyard that kids play and have snacks. It doesn't sound safe to me as my daughter has a few scrapes here and there from time to time. Lastly, I wish they don't group 3-5 years old in one class and her current class is big in my opinion. Overall, I would recommend this school if you are living in the neighborhood. We travel quite a distance for our daily commute to her school but we don't mind as long as my princess is happy.

The environment is very welcoming to new comers. When we joined, we were new to the Montessori program. We jumped into the program mid way and the staff was very accommodating, helping successfully integrate our kids. Our children have excelled in terms of academics & behavior. My 5 year old twins LOVE to read. They are excited about learning and before bed each night, they want to get their books and read to us. The most valuable asset of the school are its teachers. Ms. Monica and Ms. Shila are both tops in terms of teaching. The classrooms are calm and always buzzing with activity. My children love to go to school, even Monday morning! Ms. Fi, the director, is always available to answer questions and the children love her as well. The support staff in the classrooms and Melissa, the assistant, are always friendly, have a genuine interest in the kids and always do it with a smile. I would highly recommend the school.

We were informed that because we did not provide a full four weeks' notice, the school would retain our entire deposit. While we understand that policies exist for a reason, keeping the full deposit over a one-week difference felt unnecessarily rigid and disappointing, especially given the significant financial investment families make to attend this school. What was most frustrating was the lack of flexibility and consideration for our family's circumstances. A partial refund or compromise would have felt much more reasonable and demonstrated that the school values its relationship with families beyond simply enforcing policies. We also noticed a high amount of staff turnover during our time there. While we cannot speak to the reasons behind it, it was something that stood out to us. Additionally, several staff members we interacted with did not seem particularly happy or supported in their roles, which raised concerns for us about the overall culture of the school. If your primary concern is the day-to-day classroom experience, we had positive interactions with our son's teachers. However, if customer service, administrative flexibility, and financial fairness are important factors in your decision, I would encourage you to carefully consider those aspects before enrolling. For a school that requires a substantial financial commitment from families, we expected a more reasonable and family-centered approach. I will include that administration did offer what they described as an adjustment by allowing us to hold our deposit and apply it toward a future enrollment, and they stated that they would not charge another deposit if we chose to return. They appeared to view this as good customer service and a reasonable accommodation. However, these options were not helpful in our family's circumstances, and the school was aware of the reasons we were leaving. Re-enrolling was not a realistic option for us, so offering to preserve the deposit for a future enrollment did not address the actual issue we were facing. While we appreciate that an alternative was offered, it felt like a solution that the administration knew we would not be able to use, rather than a meaningful effort to work with our family on a fair resolution.

When she was in the infant room she was always doing developmentally appropriate activities and getting a ton of attention. Now that she is in the toddler room she can count to 10, knows shapes and colors and some Spanish and sign language! As a teacher it is important to me that she is learning and as a mommy it is important to me that she is happy and safe. It's the best of both worlds at The Goddard School! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies!

He is currently doing virtual learning from his elementary here, and the staff helps SO much with his school since i cant be there with him. They go above and beyond, and even the teachers back at the elementary can tell how much they do for him just by on zoom meetings. I honestly don't know where my family would be without having the Goddard school. And most props to the owner Sarah, for being the most involved, caring person there. I am positive the Goddard is the way it is, because of her being such a great leader. I give the Goddard a 100, not a 10 =).

There was not enough toys for each child to have 1 toy each. When I mentioned it, a couple days later I saw them dump a bucket of old dirty used toys onto the floor. My daughter got bit & scratched and they didn't know how it happened.( there was around 5 kids in her class). ( I only kept her there a couple weeks because I started noticing these things and found another daycare to put her in asap) . Also they didn't have a refrigerator in the classroom to keep milk in, so the milk would be left in sippy cups all day hot. They would play videos ( I'm guessing YouTube kids) on an iPad everyday for the kids to watch. What was worse is not all the kids could see it, and they didn't have any toys to play with. they would put the couple toys they did have away. So they were just in this room with nothing to do. Their arts and crafts consisted of them taking a picture of the child holding a marker etc and then they would take it back from the child and give it to the next one to take a picture with. It was truly awful. There were cops there one day. No one is ever at the front or able to answer the phones. The cameras are always down & they point them where you can't see the majority of the class rooms anyway. Huge staff turnover & shortages all the time. I searched for nearly 4 months! I came across this school & I love it. My Son has been attending Montessori Moments now for 3 months. His teacher Ms. Rikki is now his second Mom. She made me feel so comfortable since day one. You can really tell that she loves all of her class room children like her own. She greets us with a warm smile every single morning & makes my Son so happy to be at school. He has already learned more than 7 songs, shapes, colors & wants me to read to him all the time.
