To top it all off, the alignment wasn't done correctly and my sensors now are broken. Not a good first impression, definitely don't trust them enough to come back here. Sloppy job. There always seem to be people available nearby and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a ride or so. Prices are going up. It seems like the drivers are getting pinched more and more. The drivers are often interesting people. You don't really know who you're going to get- it's fun chatting them up, but some just wanna be left alone. I wish there was a setting in the app to let you or the driver know if the other person would rather be left alone. This city is big, that you have to watch it- going from, say, NRG stadium, to the Woodlands could be an expensive endeavor.

These parts were not damaged before the service, and the damage is consistent with improper pry tool use or forced removal. When I brought up the damage, the shop offered aftermarket replacements that did not match OEM quality or finish. After I declined the aftermarket parts, the shop told me they "could not do anything further." I have spent months trying to source OEM replacements myself, and the cost is significantly higher than what the shop offered. The shop has refused to cover the proper OEM repair. This review is not about the repair being difficult -- it's about the lack of accountability and the refusal to restore the vehicle to its original condition after causing visible damage during their work. If you care about your vehicle's interior, especially OEM trim, I would strongly recommend choosing a different shop. UPDATE: Response - There was no detailed discussion or explanation of specific interior trim risks before the work. - I was never presented with or asked to sign any disclaimer regarding interior damage. If the shop has a signed copy, I've requested it but have not received one. - The wood trim, vent assembly, and glovebox panel were not damaged prior to the service and the new damage is consistent with improper removal tools and handling, not age-related failure. - Aftermarket Amazon parts offered to me do not match OEM Lexus materials, so declining those is not "declining a solution." I've sent the shop a detailed email directly so this can be addressed privately and professionally. My goal is simply proper OEM replacement for the items that were damaged during the service.

When I called the driver phone number on the confirmation he stated that he was not the driver and told me to call office. I called office and was told a driver change was made at the last moment. The Lexus had damage on the rear bumper and exhaust pipe was hanging out. We had two bags and a two personal items which did not fit in the smaller trunk of the Lexus. Driver was not very friendly and was speeding. At one point I turned on Waze to track speed and we were doing 75 in a 50. I called the office again and was told the owner would call me and discuss. It's now been 12 days and no call or text. I recommend not using this business as the experience described on the website is not at all what is delivered. Just use Lyft or Uber for personal transportation as the experience delivered by A&D Transportation is actually worse or on par and costs more.
