I took in my 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood for an alignment because I was planning on selling it and it was riding horrible. Not to my surprise the called me back and let me know that the car had other issues that needed to be addressed. I knew this already but was hoping that it would not come up. The car use to be bagged and I had another mechanic put in factory parts to rebuild a stock suspension but the car never rode right. I had several mechanics work on this suspension for repairs, checkups and to get it to ride properly but all told me that it was OK and that it just rode that way. I even took it to the Cadillac dealer of Spring, which had horrible service and did not provide any good insight at all. This place had all new Cadillacs there and it looked like they had never even seen a Fleetwood before. My bill with Absolute Suspension was fair, despite their labor rate of $90 an hour but it is totally worth it. I was kind of skeptical at first but when I got the car back, I was nothing short of amazed, to the point that I am now considering keeping it! They are fully staffed but they have a lot of customers so you might have to wait a little longer to drop off your car and pick it up but it was totally worth the wait. Highly recommended, I never thought my Cadillac would ever ride the way it does now. I will surely be going back for all my suspension needs, they are experts at what they do. They don't do much motor work, mostly under the car but that is why they are so good at it. So if you have any suspension work that needs to be done, I highly recommend you check out this place.

They found a nail and said the tires were fine and didn't need replacing. They patched the hole. The patch they used wasn't the right size it turns out, and when I got back to Houston I went to Cherry Park to have it repaired with the correct sized patch. They told me my tires were all cracked and worn and I needed to replace all four. I wasn't going to do that. They're a little over a year old and I was JUST told by someone I trust that they were still good, but the one just had the nail in it. So when I picked it up, there was a warning light beeping and blinking saying my tailgate was open. I opened and closed it, turned the car off and back on and the light was still flashing. I went back inside and told the guy at the front who responded with "yeah I just saw that when I brought it up". If you saw that, why did you just hand me the key and say it was good to go? They took it back and kept it overnight to figure out what happened. My husband went to pick it up today and it was fine at first but then basically every warning light and sensor the car has started blinking and beeping. I'm taking it elsewhere to be fixed for real this time and I wont be going back. When Will worked at the front desk, he was honest about when we actually needed work on our cars and when we didn't. Since he left, the shop hasn't been the same.

He explained the process for free repair using insurance, however I opted to pay cash. Seth was very friendly & professional. He examined the damage and explained the process for repair. Less than 15 minutes later it was fixed. You can barely see where the large chip had been located and the cracks emanating out from the chip were also filled. Best of all it kept it from cracking and spreading, saving me about $450 on a new windshield. Quality work by Seth and their work has a warranty as well. Something must be wrong with their ink or printer, because some of the letters are not printed out clearly. I needed it to apply for an auto loan, and even the bank rejected it, told me to get a better copy. So my son went back there and asked for a better print out--they refused to do it. It was my son's fault in the first place to just take the super bad print out in the first place, but wow. I told my son to prove it's him asking for it, show insurance paper and id, so they don't suspect anything. But nope. They would not give out a clearer copy.

I had to call them numerous times to hear excuses why they had not even looked at the truck. Patrick acted put out that I called and said he would call later in the day or 1st thing the next morning. I never heard from Patrick. When I told him I was picking up the truck before the weekend they finally looked at the system but did not find or fix the issue. They quoted a price to diagnose the problem, they did not find the freon leak and then without explaination charged my 3X the quoted price.
