The wonderful front desk lady communicated so very well and very clearly what HAD to be done and what we could just leave alone because it wouldn't affect the integrity of the car. They were super up front and even helped me out when it came time for pick up and my deductible was something I was struggling to meet. They did amazing work and given it was around a major holiday they were very timely with their repairs. I cannot recommend the people at Neighbors Collision enough.
