Johnathan is a true craftsman. I've been lucky enough to use his services through Dr. Wheel Mobile twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time, my expectations were low because a driver had badly scuffed my rims, and I had never needed this type of repair on one of my cars before. Oh Dr. Wheel, you have some explaining to do. I began using Dr. Wheel back in January 2024. I was personally referred from one of the techs about their services. I had some scratched wheels due to these Houston streets and needed to have my vehicle made right. I used them about 2-3 times in 2024 to take care of the wheels. Right after the service the wheels looked great. The problem is now. The airbrushing is beginning to fade and it is very noticeable on the wheels. I have a detailer who takes care of my car bi-weekly and a couple weeks ago he pointed out where the wheels had been repaired by Dr. Wheel. He said those portions are fading and beginning to spot. I have a 2020 BMW 740 Li MSport all black. These spots are becoming very noticeable. I went to their website to make sure the work was covered under warranty. Their website advertises "Dr. Wheel has a 20 year history of 5-star wheel repair and refinishing. Through our one of a kind in-house training program, we can guarantee the absolute best craftmanship for your wheel repair. All of our work is 100% guaranteed!" So I reached out to them via email at service@drwheel.com on Wednesday May 7, 2025 to see how to get this corrected. Radio silence. I then reached again to the same email to follow up on Tuesday May 13 and no response. They have completely ghosted me. When I am booking a new service they will do any and everything to get that new business booked but when you need them to address the quality of previous work they will not respond. So take this information and do as you please with it. Know that within 6-9 months you will probably have to have the work redone. These repairs were not cheap and you will need to go spend money again to make it right. I truly hate that I had to come to Yelp to write this but I gave them plenty of time to get back to me and it looks like they will not. Avoid the hassle and time Yelpers. Use people with integrity and honesty. This is not the business to go with. read more

I don't know how, but there isn't a trace of any imperfection on the repaired wheels.
