Their growth -- academically, socially, and emotionally -- has exceeded every expectation. The teacher‑to‑student ratio is exactly what young learners need. Each child receives thoughtful attention, support, and guidance, and you can see the impact in their confidence and development. The campus itself is calm, kid‑friendly, and has that peaceful, "zen" feeling that makes learning feel natural. Update: Our twins are now heading into kindergarten, and the foundation this school gave them is incredible. They're already comfortable with addition and subtraction, reading, and writing -- skills they learned here through hands‑on Montessori methods. We also love how much the school celebrates community and childhood joy. They host trunk‑or‑treat for Halloween, Thanksgiving feasts, Christmas parties, Valentine's celebrations -- all the fun moments kids look forward to. For Mother's Day and Father's Day, the children make the sweetest photo cards holding letters that spell "Mom" and "Dad." Those gifts have become treasured keepsakes in our home. The school even brings in Santa Claus for pictures during the holidays, which our twins absolutely adored. This is a true Montessori school. Don't let other reviews sway you -- our experience has been nothing short of wonderful.

My son started first and just grew so confident and learned so many things from this school. My daughter started after and she is getting this blossoming personality and just lights up when she sees her teachers. The owners and front office staff are the best humans and are willing to work with you. The best communication. This will always be the "the one that got away". Wish I could bring this school with me in my move. I want thank everyone at Klein-Spring Montessori for every single minute. You have been one family to me and we will miss you.

She has had that school for almost 40 years and has stuck to tried and tested methods (and not fads) when it comes to daycare and Montessori. The staff was very responsive and gave each child a lot of attention. They do not crowd kids into rooms and simply put on tv. They do real activities and send reports home daily. The building is beautiful with lovely night sky murals on the ceiling in the front. They have a theater, performing arts venue, science lab, and many other additions. The playground is unique due to the big plot of land and they have a veggie garden for the kids. They really are big on accountability and growth. Our child has a solid moral compass, curiosity, confidence, and good character: all things that the school strives to inculcate. I saw children there that were the children of parents who went to Spellwell themselves years earlier. That is a testament to the impact a well-run school can have on an individual and broader society. Honors kids from high school come back and visit. The staff looks like a close-knit team and the principal has vision. Wonderful place

I always feel confident leaving my child here because the staff makes the environment feel safe, welcoming, and nurturing. I've noticed so much progress in my child's learning, social skills, and confidence. They come home excited to share what they did during the day and are always happy to go in the mornings. Communication with parents is great, and it's clear the staff takes pride in what they do. I'm so thankful to have found a daycare that feels like a second home for my child. I highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a loving and structured place for their little one!

However, Brightmont Montessori checks every box that I have in mind for the perfect daycare. My daughter was 1 years old when she started at Brightmont and since I have noticed an abundance amount of growth. Not only is education top priority they thrive on providing kids with a family environment. Not only does every teacher and staff member, but also the director (Mrs. Keitoria) has a personal relationship with every student. My daughter is a toddler and every child in the class shows true ownership and independence. They're so aware that they recognize every parent and can connect them with their child. I appreciate the love, patience, and stability that are provided to my child. I am grateful to know when I am working my child is not only safe but happy.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm writing this review because I feel…read moreunheard and unseen by the director of this facility. I came into BSM needing next-day child care as we were new to the area, and I was unaware that there are a lot more Montessori schools to choose from. I was sent a welcome packet with a set of prices and a "100% Happy Family Money Back Guarantee". When I got there the very next day, the prices had went up. The building seemed sanitary and I liked that the classrooms were nut-free but the outside play area was ONE old plastic, unkept sunburned play set next to a sewage drain and a small concrete sidewalk. There were a few picnics tables on the other side of the field - that's it. I was unimpressed but we are a Montessori household and I wanted child care to be the same. I withdrew my child after ONE DAY, and put her in a different Montessori school in the area that had 4 different play areas for each age group, ample space for riding around and playing with different set ups. I reached out for some sort of reimbursement with an offer to compensate for the 1 day via email and voicemail, never got a response. Long story short, this business is determined to keep $700+ of my money for 1 day -- Jayden has been very condescending and the director is harder to reach than the president. It's flat out wrong to not prorate or refund a customer for changing their mind after 1 DAY!! And it's bad business to not communicate and keep such a substantial amount of money for doing incomplete work. Contract or not, no parent should be forced to complete 30 days of childcare if they are unhappy after 1 day - 100% Happy Family Money Back Guarantee is completely false advertising. *****ADDED NOTE: Parents beware, this school will go to the furthest length to deceive and exploit your money. How could you deceive AND PAY a daycare $700+ to watch your child? A STORM DRAIN in a play area for 1 year olds is a HAZARD. The director was completely unwilling to cooperate before writing this review and offered a partial refund to remove it -- now their claim is defamation after ignoring and denying any communication about reimbursement. They are money hungry and could care less about mothers who have genuine concerns about their child's safety. ALL ACCUSATIONS ARE VALID and we will see whoever is hiding behind BMS IN COURT!!

I would be dishonest if I pretended not to feel relieved that my child has been removed from this school; however, the behavior of Mrs. Yates, the daycare owner, was incredibly disrespectful. Her communication skills are severely lacking, and she believes that hanging up on someone is an acceptable solution when she struggles to express herself effectively. I strongly believe that the attitude of management sets the tone for the rest of the staff, and it is evident that nobody here seems genuinely happy. Now that I have experienced this firsthand, I understand why this school is ill-equipped to handle three-year-olds at their developmental stage. The management's behavior mirrors that of the workers, and it is clear that changes need to be made. I sincerely hope that management takes this experience as an opportunity to learn, but unfortunately, their unwillingness to engage in communication suggests that they may never change. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from someone in a position of authority who should know better.
