Ok folks, I have been attending physical therapy in Huntington Park. Recently, I was considering purchasing some shapewear and coincidentally, there was a business establishment right across the street. As soon as I entered the store, I was immediately assisted by a friendly staff member. Although I am not fluent in Spanish, I can get by with basic communication. The lady kindly asked me to wait for a few moments. She mentioned she was getting an English speaker. The woman arrived , I explained to her what I was looking for. She immediately grabbed 2 garments for me to try on. The second garment was the winner. The lady helped me with getting the bodyshaper on. Only woman would understand this. Right ladies ! The fitting room was very well lit, full 360 mirrors, that caught every inch of your body. I was at 450 at one time I've lost a whole person. With that said many woman have mentioned shapers to me. I just couldn't and can't imagine being in something that I may not be able to get myself outta one. That's scary lol. Scary or not I purchased top to bottom and legs full body shaper 295. The items honestly look cheap and for the price you have it's just not worth it when I can get the same thing online for less than half the price. I stopped by here the other day after work and was hoping to get a shaper, I looked on their website and knew exactly what I want. I arrived at 6:09pm but they were closing the cash register so I said, I'll be here same time tomorrow will you be open? The best part of coming to the store is that the staff is helpful and your able to try the garments so you can take the right one for you. The garments have algae infused in the material for extra benefits for your skin. I have been wearing CYSM since 2021and it has helped me shape my natural curves to an hour glass figure along with exercise and diet. Don't know how their shape wears are , I ordered one prior to my surgery from this company next they are local and I knew I'd receive product on time. But that wasn't the case . It showed delivered to my address but it was not delivered apparently it got stolen .but my dissatisfaction is how they handle these type of cases . So unprofessional. They do not care about you as a customer. They just want your money. They said they will Contact me and never did . I had to call them again after talking to them to get the process started . Very friendly and always willing to help you with their personal profesional opinion. The staff here speaks both English and Spanish. Set up: So they only have one piece of every item out on the sales floor. You choose an item and the ladies find you your size and they also give you 2-3 other options that you may like as well as different sizes just in case one doesn't fit. Came here knowing exactly what I needed and wanted because I already bought a faja of this brand from my massage therapist and loved it! I just wanted to purchase it in black since I already have it in beige. I was ignored for approximately 15 mins although I made eye contact with three saleswomen. I asked one for help and as she walked towards me another customer asked her something in Spanish and she abruptly turned and went to help her.
