Their prices are quite reasonable. Many items are up to 80% off what you would pay for great clothes and bags. They also have some nice art now and again it is all fairly priced. This is not a Salvation Army type store, yes, all items are used, but all are designer or something you may have seen in a store. They do not have a huge vintage section and that is fine. It has just really nice things that I would end up paying a lot more for new. The service is great. The staff is nice and knows what is in the store and where. But the prices were unbelievable. I couldn't believe that most of the merchandise was $100 or less. Some of the dresses were $150. But most of the merchandise was so reason to be priced that I spent almost $800 without batting an eyelash and got six outfits. Lizzie was delightful. She had several customers, but she made me feel like she was concentrating only on me. She reviewed each out Vet and gave me your honest opinion on whether or not she liked it on me. She wasn't just trying to sell me something. She owns the store. I finally figured out that the Zie was the last part of her name. Duh. Sometimes it takes me a minute. The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. She is so warm and welcoming - has gone above and beyond to help me find the right size and encourage me to try new styles. She is absolutely the sweetest. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN.
