I found this place through tango, they have classes and milongas most nights of the week except…read morefor Saturday. It's a social/sports club which is like a community center and they have a cafe in the front. The place is a little dated but has a huge floor (the gym) where they split up the classes and after open up the floor to the milonga. I can't say anything for the other activities, but the teachers are generally spot on, depends on the day and the milonga is laid back without being boring. You can take a break from tango and have a bite at the cafe. During the evening they have beer, empanadas, pizza, whatever basic kind of food you could want. Don't expect amazing service, milonga nights draw people and sometimes there are only 2 waitresses coming around to take orders, so patience... Overall a down to earth tango spot.

The server couldn't be worse, slow, distracted and talking too much with other servers. Two other tables that came after us were served before us. Our table was the only one without tablecloth, for the first 20 minutes we didn't even have the drinks. I need to clarify that it was a set menu for $120 per person, plus tax plus 18% tip. The burrata was horrible, small piece of cheese on top of a toasted bread (??). We were so aggravated about the bad manners of the server and the way that we were ignored that we end up leaving after complaining to the manager who, very graciously, understood our complain and didn't accept our payment, even thought we insisted in paying for the appetizers and the drinks, because the main course never came.
