The good thing about this is that there's plenty of free parking right at the front. The staff here? So friendly and patient. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming. Rebecca took my order and she was great. Since I have the app they had a special that you buy an entre and you get a free smoothie. I got the jerk chicken (which is spicy) with the banana chia boost. I wish the wrap had more chicken but it still tastes good and I loved my smoothie. The wrap comes with a side of chips or fruit. You can choose to "upgrade" your side to sweet potatoes, corn, or a salad. However, they charge the regular price for the upgrade had you bought the side separately. So i'd recommend just getting the chips or fruit and ordering another side if you want. Plenty of seating space so I ate here. There was a table that needed to be clean so not sure how long before someone had been eating there. Would recommend cleaning the table after someone dines in. From my experience at other locations some of their bowls are frozen and then they just put the toppings you want. This is something they need to improve in all locations. Overall a good location to visit specially the great customer service.

As you can see in the photo, the fried plantains appear to be a little extra crispy (burnt). Also, I'm used to seeing the pollo a la plancha as a large piece of chicken steak.
