Gary has been extremely helpful a couple of times with my safe. A few years ago he got it open when…read morethe locking mechanism got stuck and I could not get it open with the key or the keypad. No other locksmiths would even come out to look at that issue. He replaced the keypad with a high quality keypad and removed the key lock, which was the problem, assuring me that there was no reason to spend the money and possibly compromise the safe for him to replace or fix the key lock issue because the keypad was high quality and would work. Again he came to the rescue this week when I forgot the code after not opening it for a few years. Instead of wasting money for him to come out, he walked me through what to try first, which worked. It was very expensive and I left with nothing done at all. I would have understood if they said we can't do it. I would have understood if they charged me a nominal fee of maybe $25. But no!
