I'm a real bad situation, got my jacket stolen at the bar and have no keys because those were my spare. So I got a key from the dealer thinking it would work if I tried to start the car. I'm planning to go home this weekend so I got referred to this guy. Right from the answer of the phone call he was nothing but condescending and rude. Told me to fill out a form and text him. So I did. He texts me back and tells me it isn't my car because my moms name, we have the same last name, was on the registration. So I tried explaining and he was not trying to help at all. Every-time I tried to talk he's cutting me off and I got real frustrated. Real piece of work. Like come on dude let's be real. If you really need someone in tight jam, this is not your guy.
