Unfortunately, I missed his call. 8/25, I called and was able to get a hold of Zack and we discussed the move of our safe. I described where we wanted the safe moved and was willing to send pictures. He indicated he needed to come and take a look at where we wanted the safe. He indicated he would not be available until later in the week or early the following week. 8/29, I have not been contact. I called and spoke with Patricia. Zack was on the road and she would provide the message that I called on 9/2 post the holiday weekend when she will see him. 9/9, I still have not heard from anyone at the company. I called and was able to speak with Zack. He informed me he was really busy and had forwarded my information to another company by the name of D'Amico. Okay. I called D'Amico and they do not move safes. Zack, shame on you! If a customer is continually trying to reach you for service you should be more professional and inform them that you cannot do the work early on if you are unwilling to do the work. Secondly, do not provide them with reference that is totally useless for the service required. Wow, I am dismayed!

After calling another locksmith and finding out their was nothing wrong with the key, I decided to post this. The Keylock LLC charged me for labor. It was very expensive and I left with nothing done at all. I would have understood if they said we can't do it. I would have understood if they charged me a nominal fee of maybe $25. But no! Even though their office was closing for the day, they sent someone out within 30 minutes. The young fellow who arrived was friendly. He had to try a couple of different tools but he got the car open for me. The price was reasonable (they take credit cards). Vacation mini-drama ended happily!
