Did an initial good job on the house. Things then started to go downhill. Then her skills started to lacks as she forgot to sweep in certain areas and I didn't notice until after the fact so basically I paid myself to clean. She is extremely difficult to get a hold of. She doesn't answer her phone and I had to text her several times for her to respond back to me. I had to reschedule three times due to family issues. I admit that was a fault of my own but she could have given me the decency to respond back to me after the first initial attempts of me reaching out to her. When she did respond it was later in the evening and one time it took her two days to respond to me and even then I had to make the first attempt. She was very abrupt and rude to me when I finally got in touch with her and that was today. She was lovely to me in person but her texts were the exact opposite. In the beginning of her tenure with me she asked me to give her a good review on her Facebook page which I did but now I regret the good report. She has lackluster management skills to say the least. Listen I'm not perfect in this scenario I recognize that, but she was unprofessional and frankly I'm upset with how I was treated.
