He hooked me up with a reasonably priced tow truck. It took a minute (5 days) to get the Jeep fixed but that was because they had to order several parts. Once completed, Todd (the mechanic) throughly explained and showed me what happened with the old clutch. The quality of the work and value was top notch. The bozo on the phone said they bring everyone back into the garage to look under the hood and all that customer friendly crap, Now I called this place asking if they'd be willing to take a look at a small issue with my truck idling a little high. After much reassurance that the diagnosis at least would be done same day, I did not receive a call back. But we all get busy right? Day 2 rolls around, I call in the morning, no answer, in the afternoon, no answer. At that point I just wanted my truck back because I was left without a vehicle to go to work or handle my daily tasks. And still no answer. By the end of the night I had texted the number (yes. The business phone number is the owners cell) saying I'm coming to pick it up. Day 3 comes, I and I get a ride to the shop where I request to please have my truck back. The mechanic I was met with (not the same man on the phone) was not communicated with at all and kept pressing me that he'd just got it on the lift and ready to look at. We kept politely declining and saying we would just like to leave but thank you anyways and the guy said he couldn't pull my truck out of the bay as there was another vehicle parked in front taken apart but to come back in a few hours and he would have it pulled out to where I dropped it off originally. A few hours go by and we show up almost 2 hours before they closed and they closed and locked their gate with my truck inside. Now comes day 4, I've missed work, I've missed class as I'm new to the area and have no resources for rides and this guy still is not answering any of my calls. So I call the police, an officer tells me this a civil dispute and says I need to take it to court so I call one more time to which it was declined and I send another text saying I'm gonna take him to court if my truck is not available to pick up today and he immediately called me back to say "your piece of sh*t truck will be outside the gate, the f**k is wrong with you"... how kind of him. Upon arriving hours later he had my truck parked across the street with my keys openly displayed on the dashboard. Safe to say this place and the people SUCK. They quickly and efficiently addressed the problem that almost ended our entire cross country trip. Avery was extremely helpful. My heart dropped when we thought we stranded with a van full of kids and having him explain exactly what the problem was and how they fixed it made me thankful I almost cried. While I hope we don't end up stranded in Gallup again I'm grateful we could confidently take it right back there if we needed to.

Also the final bill was almost double the initial quote. I would recommend another place instead of this company.
