Fast forward a couple years when I find out not only did the attorney fail to process the lien paperwork correctly but the amount owed had been accruing interest. Technically I still owed the debt that had thousands of dollars interest now. I had to pay over $12,000 because this attorney failed to do her job. I should have listened to the signs that were there. There were other mistakes made and instead of the attorney taking accountability, she said I never told her, even though I dd. I was charged for these mistakes that were not my fault. After letting her know that I informed her she decided she would only charge half of the fee she was charging. Bottom line, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or you will end up like me.
