While I was able to reschedule the first one, they couldn't get me in for another week (ew). The second time it happened, they didn't offer any concessions so I just canceled the service altogether. The excuse they gave both times was that they didn't have someone available. If you don't have someone available at a certain timeslot, don't set it up for that.

The next day, a total no-show. I called multiple times, only to get voicemail and no call-backs. While the pricing may look good on paper, the piece of paper (which is the only solid thing they ever followed through with) won't do anything for your lawn. Don't waste your time with this company.
