We decided to give them another shot for this year and then they've been complete no-shows. After reaching out they finally responded saying that since there weren't any other people in the same neighborhood this year using them that they would no longer be mowing for us and told us to find someone else. We are very disappointed and unfortunately can recognize why other people in our neighborhood stopped their mowing services. The crew returned in the afternoon and completed work quickly. Though they were the most affordable, there were a couple things that I wasn't happy about. The tree I had removed was close to my home, and was in the process of dying (already had limbs falling). While cutting it down, one of the limbs they cut hit the front side of home. Luckily, there was no damage caused that I know of- though the gutter was scratched and I'm sure the roof was scuffed. Secondly, they dropped large parts of the tree onto my concrete- this was a heavy tree so fortunate that the concrete wasn't damaged. A pro was they took time to cut out a section of the base of the tree so that I could preserve it- went above and beyond what was expected for the service. Though they were the most affordable, I did have a couple close calls where my property could have been damaged. Will most likely go with a different company next time.

When I called the main office, I was told that the trash collector could have asked to move their trucks....not the collector's job. He also stated he felt there was plenty of room, when I had to go on my neighbor's yard to get around them, which means a garbage truck would never make it. Well, they finished the entire list with time to spare! This allowed for additional pruning of other trees that we didn't think would happen. They did fantastic work. The crew worked very hard and cleaned up all the mess created from their work and in that process cleaned up some other pine needles that were covering the ground that needed removed as well! I would highly recommend this company if you need any tree work!! Sadly did not take any before photos, so nothing to show the great work they did!
