Reason I give All West Coast a 3/5 stars is because I think the communication after the quote could have been more direct. I had to ask multiple times to get an updated quote. The date/time for completing the project was not well communicated. I found out after texting Noe that he was planning to come over the next morning with his team to perform the job. Good thing my husband was home because I had to work that day. Parts of these interactions were just a bit frustrating. On the day of the project, his team arrived pretty promptly and completed the work within a couple hours. They were courteous and efficient and Noe walked through the project with my husband when they were done.
