On the day of the appointment, John and Mike arrived within 1 minute of the scheduled time. Both were extremely friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job with all of the installations. Oftentimes it's the little touches that matter, and perhaps what impressed me the most was that they had brought a small hand vac with them, and cleaned up the dust and debris at the base of the walls where the switches had been installed. While this may not be a huge deal, it's the first time I've had an electrician take the time to do it - and it showed a genuine desire to provide a great customer experience.
