Found Joe Ramirez on Facebook groups as highly recommended by locals. Took a few bids and my time to make the decision. And I'm glad that I did. From the start, he had open communication about pricing and feasibility of what I wanted. Here's the list: two ceiling fan remotes had stopped working, I bought five smart switches, wanted to replace two light fixtures that were high up on vaulted ceilings, and look into a light switch that never worked since the day I bought the house. I opened up a few of the switch boxes myself in hopes to install the smart switches and were confused as to making sure I knew which one was the neutral in a gang of two or three. And one switch box didn't have a neutral. He explained that the one without neutral may not be feasible and would cost more if at all possible. So I decided on a new location. Since Memorial Day was around the corner, he still had room to squeeze me into the schedule. In the meantime, I was able to troubleshoot the ceiling fans and opted to test out the non-functioning switch at a later time. It took him about five minutes for each smart switch without having to go to the breaker box (awesome!) and put up with our pickiness for height of the hanging light fixtures. All-in-all took about two hours. And he even straightened out something personal for us since he had his tall ladder out already. No extra charge! He arrived within the updated timeframe provided via messaging. Vacuumed up the small mess left at each switch box. Wore booties and mask as requested. Like many others, I highly recommend Joe. If I ever need future electrical work done, then he's the first I'll be calling. Thanks, Joe! Oh, and saved the 3.5% charge from Square by allowing me to pay via Zelle. Works for me! read more

We recently had him install an outlet in our downstairs storage closet/walk-in pantry to charge our cordless vacuum out of sight. I contacted Joe about installing a 220 plug for a double oven, recessed lighting, relocating electrical on island, and moving some existing outlets.
