We needed a one-way rental car for a 10 hour drive home to Buffalo. The only car available was an hour behind us. I found an Uber to get me to the rental location, but before that, the guys at J&J said they would get us there if we had a problem finding an Uber. Above and beyond normal service! From there, they repaired the driveshaft at a very fair price and found serious tire damage and replaced that as well. We are having the RV transported today, a full month later and J&J stored it at no charge. Everyone at J&J has been great, skilled, very fair and friendly. We highly recommend them!!

My children were ready to jump in their car and drive the 4 hours to get to me... then we were told about David's Towing. We called them and instantly was told that the driver was coming, was 15 minutes away and would stay with me until I was safely settled. The car needed to stay over night. The driver brought me to a Hilton hotel, went inside to verify they had a room for me and even waited for me to be checked in before he left. He even told me in the morning not to call Uber they would come get me. By midnight I had an update on the car and I went to sleep. The next morning I received a call saying the car was done and it was done before I had to check out of the hotel. Someone was on their way to get me. The pricing was reasonable and being a woman alone at their mercy they could have charged me anything.... But they didn't. I got back on the road for a 12 hour drive. Imagine my shock when about 12 hours later I received a text from the owner just asking if I had made it home safely. I couldn't believe he would even think to do that! I told him I was still on my way but close, wished him well and finally made it home. I highly highly recommend David's towing. I can't rave about them enough, or say how safe I felt!
