Based on my experience with dealing with painters, cancelling, not showing up without a call or showing up 2 hours late for an estimate. We just had 2 painting groups for the same job, because the first group. Painted our ceilings bright yellow. And the walls a very dark, deep grayish blue. I had the containers marked with the color sample cards with directions as to what paint goes where! The problem was they did not read or write English and were using phones for their needs for translation! He tried to install Molly Bolts which he didn't know how to do . The towel bar fell down because first of all it wasn't straight and the bolts were not in right !!! I'm old and a female but I could have done a much better job than he did . I would rate him a zero if possible that's how bad of a job he did !! I didn't add that he ruined two very expensive down coats , the sleeves , where he closed the closet door on them .. Also a brand new shower curtain he also close the curtain on the wet paint ..
