I found this place on yelp we drove in from Louisiana after looking at many places I'm glad we picked d&d nails! They took great care of us and the service was perfectly performed. I got the paraffin pedicure which was priced at 35 dollars which I think is a great deal! They have lots of choices of gel and regular polish! 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend! This place is nice however the nail tech who did my nails was HORRIBLE!!! She put 2 of my nails on crooked and didn't put enough dipping powder on a few of them. The Tech that did my designs was great and she did her best to try and fix the mess up. When I got ready to pay my $68.00 bill for a set of nails and 4 designs. I mentioned about the 2 crooked nails and I was ignored. A week later one nail broke then 2 and 3 I finally cut them all off. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN read more

Wendy did an amazing job with my pedicure, and Michelle as well with my SNS set! I personally enjoyed that the gentleman (I didn't get his name) who initially helped me, and Michelle, both took their time in making sure that my set was as perfect as can be. I needed my dip nails removed and WAS going to get a new set of dip. I had a FABULOUS pedicure prior to this visit and was sure the nails would be EVEN better. Walked in, several ladies were very nice but the one young lady doing my nails was seen outside on the phone. She came in got some acetone and sit it in front of me saying something.. I couldn't understand. I told her the color number I needed.. and she was not talking to me.. she was on the phone talking. So after 30 mins of sitting in acetone and her texting on the phone in front of me. I decided this is not worth the time or money. So I told them to cancel the dip and I just wanted to leave after soaking. Everyone there knew this was wrong. One woman instead of using a file, scraped my dip off by using her fingernail! During this soak not one file or instrument used to clean my nails. But yet I still had to pay! Is this wrong? Absolutely and the man checking me out saw my nails and never said a word to me! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! With nail salons on every corner.. try another one! This girl ruined this salon for me and the others just watching let it happen. Would you like someone to be on the phone the whole time?? It's not professional and I refuse to use an salon that allows it! This place is amazing! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I came in for a pedicure and both of us had amazing experiences. My daughter is only 4 so most salons do the bare minimum on her pedicures but Henry took his time with her and gave her the best pedicure yet. My nail tech Hana was just as amazing. She took her time with my pedicure and gave the most amazing customer service. Definitely check them out ... you won't be disappointed!!!! read more
