We couldn't have asked for better hosts! Due to Covid we couldn't gather for breakfast but they were happy to leave fresh coffee, scones (sooooooo good!), and prepared eggs from their chickens. Then in April Optimum informed me that the "owners had decided not to rent the unit" so they sent back my deposit. By then many people were booking places as they received their vaccinations. I had to find another place, but it was twice as expensive, not even on the ocean and it was only for 4 weeks instead of the 6 weeks I had booked through Optimum. I cannot help wondering if the owners really just wanted to book for more money. That may or may not be the case, but it sure did mess up what would have been a great vacation. Do not trust them to book something for you because they do not stand behind their word or contract.

There are apartments are outdated. And they don't care about remodeling. I left here and I had to…read morehave maintenance calls. Also you had to bug them so they can actually fix the problem. They would ignore it until you bug them enough to come and fix whatever. The rent raises every year. I moved here starting at $520 for rent. It's now up to 700. Do not get this place. It's not worth living here at all. The management doesn't care about this place obviously or they would have done a lot more work. I moved out on the 14 of June on 2020. And I when I called them for the deposit they said to wait 31 days or at least 2 weeks. Note that I cleaned MUCH more then what the apartment was in before I moved there. It was all a mess before I moved it.

Normally that would be fine as you could just open your balcony door and enjoy the breeze. But there is SO much weed being smoked around you that your room is going to be permeated. The hotel needs to put detectors in and control their clientele.
