I have D&D do tree work for me every year. It's a pleasure to work with Dave. The woman who answers the phones who I believe is the owner since her husband Mike passed away. Her unprofessionalism has made me have to let go of working with Dave. She is clearly not cut out to talk with the public. There was a small issue I told her about. I asked the workers that worked with Dave to clean-up a specific situation. Would only have taken them 10 minutes do to what should have been included in the job. An issue a "no problem" response was appropriate. She became defensive and said that what we experienced the did not happen. She hung up on us with a "have a nice day." Upsetting. read more

They tried to protect my plants when a large tree in my garden had to come down. They handled permtting for me and gave me a copy of the permit (critical areas). They cleaned up very well at the end.
