Would not recommend doing business with them, after speaking with them about some work I was going to schedule. They didn't seem interested and were very short and rude, talking about how they had more "important" jobs to get done. We ordered a wrap for 2 trucks and made a half payment of $2,871 on May 4th, 2022. We never heard back from this company after the payment. On May 10th, we put a call to D&F Wraps since never heard back from them. Told Don we are going in another direction since I have not heard from them. We asked for our money back. We found a company that can wrap both trucks next week. Since May 4th D&F Wraps never contact us on progress. May 20th, we called again and asked for our money back for a service that was not rendered. Nowhere on the deposit or Facebook does it say no refund. He has no website either. The owner refused to give our money back saying he already ordered the material. How in the world can you order material when there was no art approval or design? Plus, this was not a special-order the material he can use it on another vehicle. The owner Hung up on us and will not answer our phone calls or emails. read more
