We let them know that we needed the driveway done and cured before that date so we could use a wheelchair on it . They were here the next day to take out the old concrete and prepare it for the new. However, they had tons of administrative "bloat" in the form of managers assuring us it would all be done correctly and very little in the way of field presence to tackle the actual problems. Everyone just kept reassuring us the next person would take care of it, until it was "just live with it" for a lot of the issues. The "owners" also left ominous feedback on our Google review, wishing they could "look up our account to find out what went wrong." We have a long and steep driveway. I asked if they could do something to reduce the grade for easier use in the winter. They removed 12 truckloads of clay and reduced the grade considerably. They also widened it as well as paved our extra parking area and the path to our deck from the drive. The job was done very well and in a timely manner.
