After getting such poor service I ask Matt to take down our prior review by making more than 6 phone calls and at least 10 email messages over several months always getting an excuse on how he cannot remove the review. It is one thing to do a crappy job but when my wifes reviews are trusted by neighbors that also get sub-par results it makes me furious.
