Came here because my insurance told me too…read more After about 5 long weeks of waiting to get my car back, I go with my dad to pick it up and notice that the car isn't the same exact pretty metallic silver that it used to be but the entire car was the same regular silver. I assume they realized that the colors didnt match so they just painted the rest of my car the same silver. The guy even told me that he painted my entire car!! He said it as if he did me a favor when they really painted all of it because the new silver didnt match the original color. Needles to say months later the paint started peeling and when I took it back he looked at the paper work and which didnt have it logged down that the entire car was painted so he said they were not responsible for it. The car has also made a funny noise ever since and shakes a lot and also the trunk doesnt stay up all the way and sometimes I hit my head. I WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I managed to get ahold of them as they were closing, and they still came out and told me they would get my car, drop it off anywhere I wanted, and then take me to any hotel I wanted. They picked me and the car up in the middle of a dust storm and let me know they'd found a place that would stay open late to take a look at my car so that I could get home that night - and again, if it wasn't something that could be that night, I could call and they would take me to a hotel. Tow trucks I've dealt with in the past have mostly treated me and my situation as an inconvenience - as if the $300 I'm paying for 20 minutes of labor and an 11 mile drive is putting them out --- these guys were the complete opposite of that. While I hope to never have to call them again, this was as close to a good experience as you could get in this situation. :)

My boyfriend took his Tesla here for a minor cosmetic repair (side swiped) and not only did they…read morekeep the car for a month to repair a few panels, but they marked the mileage at 99,999 when he was really more at around 24k. Ended up impacting us now months later while trying to trade it in when it showed up on the carfax. Whether it was a simple mistake or a matter of not taking the time to actually check the mileage on the Tesla, it's annoying that we were not told this or at least asked to verify. Will not be getting our business again anytime soon.
