It was actually $164 which wasn't mentioned on the phone that would be also in addition to $75 and $89 diagnostic fee. I did speak to the lady on the phone and told her it would probably be easier and a lot more fluid by just communicating to the clients on the phone that it's $164 flat fee to come out. I'm giving them three stars because I really do like them and I appreciate their promptness professionalism, etc. But highly dislike being misled.

He did a thorough analysis of the issue, clearly described his findings and let us know next steps. Back at the office they worked up various options, called us early the next day, clearly explaining everything, including cost and timing. A day later parts arrived and Mike was at our house first thing in the morning, at the scheduled time. While he was completing the exterior installation, he noticed an interior valve that wasn't working correctly, ordered that and set up the final check. These are really good people. They communicate clearly. They complete the work efficiently, expertly and in a timely fashion. If you need HVAC work and want trustworthy contractors--call them!

They came out to do a routine service call on a system that they installed 5 years ago. They told me that I needed parts and that my system was no longer under warranty. I was concerned that the system did not send me a notification of the needed repair and I thought my system had a 10 year warranty! It was a very expensive system. Aaron asked me to pay upfront for the part and for two service calls. I did because I trusted them. They didn't come back as promised to make the repair. I called Carrier and was told that I should not have had to pay for the part because it was under warranty and they also noted that they did not get a notification of the failure either as they and I should have. When Aaron finally returned to install the part, he apologized up and down for letting me down. He said that as soon as Carrier reimbursed him for the part he would return my money. He told me a week later that the check had come and he would return the money as soon as it cleared. Well now he doesn't return my texts and his voicemail is always full! It has been several months and I haven't seen my money. I was the first person to review this company when they opened. I believed in them. Now I tell people to find someone else. These guys don't seem to be the honest people that they once were!

After the water pump installation we purchased new water filter system from SENS. That also went well and we appreciated there advice to install one. In 2015 SENS installed a new outside faucet. Several months later the faucet had a defect and again SENS came to our rescue. They installed a new faucet right away and NO CHARGE to the customer. Here is another example of excellent service. Two weeks ago I asked them to look at our water pump and within a couple two hours they we here. No problem found but they wanted to be shore everything was ok. Service is everything. With them it is the best There service manager STEVE WEBSTER is very professional and displays very good manners. He is knowledgeable about his product lines and does not confuse the customer. They were very accommodating in getting me a service person fast as it was holding up a tile installation. They quoted me a price to remove and replace the flange which I agreed to. When the time to pay came, I was told there was a $65 dispatch fee added. I was told that it cost them money to send out the trucks for a service call, and that all the plumbing companies do it---not sure first time I encountered this. I questioned it as repair people in my NJ home area charge a fee to come to the job, BUT don't charge it if they get the work. This was not the case with MGD, so in reality the total cost is $65 higher that what the actual job cost. They said they informed me when I called, but I don't remember that. I think that it's a deceptive way of increasing your total bill, and they should reconsider eliminating that charge if they get the work. In my opinion it is not a good way to do business. If all the plumbing companies do the same thing, I might have to learn to do it myself.
