The appropriate thing to do, is either SEND THE FIREARM(S) back to the shipper, CONTACT affected customers and advise them/us of the situation and provide necessary alternatives, OR continue to run the store with modifications to staffing levels or business hours. But to completely shut down, and leave a handwritten note on the door and transfer the business phone into a voicemail system with ONLY funeral arrangements is COMPLETELY absurd! Once I receive my order or once it's returned back to the original shipper; I will NEVER utilize this "business" again. The level of ridiculousness and the blatant inconsiderate nature of these acts, are appalling and unfathomable.

There is metered street parking available right by the entrance or you can try to find free street parking a block over and walk. This is apparently the largest Patagonia store on the East Coast and they even have their own Baltimore patch! They have sales on top of their outlet prices as well but just keep an eye on what they serial is actually on sale such as fleeces instead of the entire store being on additional sale. I came by for a yoga class on a Sunday morning (bring your own mat!). This was hosted by Andrea and attendance was about 15 people and was a very pleasant peaceful start to the morning! You enter through the same decor that the Ravens use to take the field and then you can find anything and EVERYTHING Ravens. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. There is a really cool personal room section and state of the art check out trays. I will warn you that the prices are what you'd think from a shop inside the stadium. That being said, they do provide discounts to vets and I made sure to use it and you will find ANYTHING Ravens here. I highly suggest you check them out. They are open even when there's not a game.

I walked around and of course found the clearance that was a deal of pure spending joy. I kind of got carried away but the sales were too good to walk away in addition to the attentive and customer service savvied staff. I got to the counter and overheard the amazing shie sale and yes $20 deals on $150 shoes. Without hesitation the sales guy said whats your size, Ill go get some sale shoes from the back.
