The bacon, egg, and cheese on a rool was a bit greasy - the bacon was inconsistent between the two sandwiches - one was piled with crispy bacon like the Sweet Shop made it, the other had chewy, almost raw bacon. The plain hamburger? It was pretty much the quality you encounter in a school cafeteria - chewy in a bad way and filled with gristly. The pork roll, egg, and cheese on a roll? It was a crime what they did to the pork roll - it was sliced paper thin, and there were only a few slices of it on there. It was like the person cooking it had no idea how to make it. Then we get to the biggest crime of all - the home fries. Anyone who went to the Sweet Shop probably had those delicious home fries at one time or another - huge chunks of potato, amazingly seasoned, delicious even if you picked it up and brought it somewhere else to eat. Not these - these are those cubed frozen things you buy at the supermarket that they toss into a fryer, then when you bite in, your mouth becomes *full* of grease. It was disgusting. I hate to have to write a review like this of a place that used to be good, but the new owners obviously have no idea what this place meant to people in the community - and they ruined it.
