It's not a big deal about the price of the item, but trying to chew out an employee in front of a customer about it is unprofessional and speaks to his lack of leadership. I chose not to buy anything because their prices are higher than Academy and other competitors, even for the same items. On top of that, you have people like Brandon who would rather stand up front and do nothing than make sure customers have a great experience at their store.
