If you reside in the Rockwall or Heath vicinity, this little sports shop carries all types of apparel for the two local high schools in addition to other athletic/sports related stuff. They also do custom printing orders for your favorite high school sports team or club. I don't know about anyone else, but I'll be stylin' at the next outdoor stadium event rockin' a pair of flannel pajama pants with the Rockwall logo emblazoned all over them! He noticed the price tag and rudely stated there is nothing they can do about the tag being wrong or the being in the incorrect space. It's not a big deal about the price of the item, but trying to chew out an employee in front of a customer about it is unprofessional and speaks to his lack of leadership. I chose not to buy anything because their prices are higher than Academy and other competitors, even for the same items. On top of that, you have people like Brandon who would rather stand up front and do nothing than make sure customers have a great experience at their store. Needless to say, I definitely won't be back.

However, when I went to pick up the item the next day, I received another email stating the item was not available and that I could either cancel the order or search for it at another store. I went to the store to ask why my account had been charged for an item they did not have and was told to cancel the order to receive a refund. After canceling, I received a notification saying that if my money was not returned within 5-7 business days, I should contact them. This experience has been extremely frustrating and will absolutely result in me taking my business elsewhere.

I just want to commend Rodney, one of the employees there. He was busy at the registers and rushed over when he was done to help a line of people waiting for store pickups. All the manager (female with long, straight, gray hair) did was stare at me while I waited for her to do everything but help customers. When she finally "assisted me," there was no apology for the wait, no smile, no hello, no thank you. What happened to this place? It's become a dump with no one on the floor.

The store is well organized and split between the Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks. There were a variety of jerseys available depending on the quality type you'd like. There is tons of memorabilia and gift ideas. Even though parking may seem hard there is a garage across the street from the AA and W hotel you can park at and get your parking validated at if your there for under two hours ( outside of game or event days). I truly love this store.
