She is extremely stingy and refuses to participate in any kind of holiday or seasonal sale. If it wasn't for Frank, the prices would be even more outrageously marked up!! We've caught her lying about us being owed a bottle of juice because of THE STORES "reward system". We knew we were due for our free bottle when we purchased our bottle the week before. It was extremely hard to contain myself to have the actual OWNER of the store lie to my face about reaching the benefit of their own reward system. We went back the week later when she wasn't there and claimed our free bottle but haven't been back since. After they closed the store that was close to our house, we were driving 15 min completely out of our way for their juice because it's THAT GOOD!! Sadly, we've been extremely turned off by the continual negative experiences with the female owner.... idk why I cannot recall her name?!? Says something for sure, lol! Should have gotten 12 coils replaced, but really all of them should have been replaced as they sent me a defected product. They said they will send me 1 pack (5 coils) back as the other 2 packs had opened coils. I payed shipping to return the bad ones, they took the bad ones I had and said they will send me only one. Shipping cost me more then 1 pack of coils. They ask you to inspect the product and then tell you they cant exchange them because the product is open. Shop else where people.

If you want a quality cigar, you need a quality humidor, or else it doesn't matter what you buy, it'll be dry. This place has a walk in humidor and guess what those Arturo Fuentes are right to your left as you open the door. One of the staff was there to assist me with any questions I had in my selection. Other than that there's a long self of magazines and such. They also have hookah supplies as well. I mostly come here for the convenience due to its proximity to my place. Whenever you need a good cigar, give these guys a shot.
