Ultimately, I decided to place an order for just carpet which was several hundred dollars less through him than with a competitor for the same carpet. I found Frank to be very straight forward, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. What particularly impressed me was that he showed up with his installers to make sure the job was started correctly, then returned later in the day to make sure that everything was satisfactory. I was told that's OK, someone will call back. Nobody called back. I did get banking done early on the 26th. Today on 12/31 rug was delivered. I did put in a complaint that I DID call them on the 24th but I did not appreciate having to go to the bank early on the 26th while in recovery, and not getting a call back. A MANAGER called back apologizing about a computer glitch CAN YOU SMELL THE BS? what does that have to do with a call back???
