Made inquiry on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning, and this company contacted us almost immediately and were able to schedule a cleaner within a day or two. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

These scammers have nothing to do with professional carpet cleaning. All they do here is put on a…read morecircus act while charging exorbitant amounts of money and doing NOTHING! Two and a half months ago, I decided to contact this outfit for a deep cleaning service for my carpet. Despite its good quality, it had been stored for a long time in my friend's garage. According to preliminary estimates, the cost of cleaning the carpet should not have exceeded $600, which is already very expensive! But to get an exact quote, their specialist had to be sent to my home. This "specialist," upon his arrival and while pretending to be a highly skilled professional (graduate of a theater school, no doubt), began to assure me that I was the lucky owner of an original Persian rug. He said it needed to be cleaned with extreme care, only once every five years, and that I was very fortunate to have contacted their company because they were the only ones who knew how to do it correctly! Otherwise, my carpet -- which they estimated was worth $17k -- would be ruined. So, he said, "Let's have you pay us not $600, but $1,600, just so we can clean it really well! And we'll also change the fringe for just $300, you know, to really get you good." Then, to gain my complete trust and squeeze out even more money, this "appraiser" started telling me a sob story about his drug-addicted wife who shoots up anything that isn't nailed down and left him with his three brats. Now he's so miserable, working his fingers to the bone to support his family! Oh, how could I not get all emotional and give him a bigger tip? Anyway, I was told the carpet cleaning would take about a month and a half, but the carpet would be as clean as a whistle. Payment was taken in advance! So, about a month and a half later, having received no call from the company, I wrote to the dispatcher asking, "So, where exactly is my carpet, and when will it be delivered?" Two days later, I received a reply saying the carpet was in the "drying" stage and would be delivered in a week, on a Monday, between 1 and 4 PM. After waiting for the delivery practically the whole day, I realized the carpet wasn't coming. When I called the company to find out what was going on, they first didn't answer my messages, then they started hanging up on me. Finally, after an hour of me bombarding them with calls and messages, the dispatcher told me my carpet wouldn't be delivered because the van was stuck "in traffic" and everything had to be rescheduled for another day, but they couldn't say when. And I was supposed to "understand their situation" because everyone makes mistakes. For $2,000?! Realizing from the tone of my replies that I definitely wasn't going to agree to that and that I was about to call the police, these gentlemen finally told me they would bring the carpet tomorrow morning! So we settled on that, with one correction: the carpet would be delivered not in the morning, but between 1 and 3 PM. Imagine my surprise when I got a doorbell ring at 8 AM from these idiots standing downstairs with my carpet! Even then, it all seemed VERY strange to me, but I still held out hope that even though they had cheated me on the price, they might at least have actually cleaned it! But no! It was just as dirty as it had been, but now with re-sewn fringe! When I addressed this question to the "expert" who delivered it, he said that in his opinion, the carpet looked much better! It used to be "whiter," but now, after their "professional cleaning," it had become yellower, because that's how the true colors of the item are revealed. And how could I even think they were some kind of swindlers? So then I took a piece of white paper towel, wiped it, and the cloth turned dark grey! Can you imagine that? To rip me off for such a huge amount of money and not even attempt to do any manipulations with the carpet to make it look even remotely believable!! I was completely floored! Please, do not contact this outfit! It's a complete scam! Do not trust them with your belongings, and do not let them into your home!

So workers come on a Sunday to pick up rug. As worker was leaving he said " He needed deposit of $200. I looked at him " I don't have $200 dollars cash laying around. Gave him my email to send me payment. They picked up rug April 12. I got no email for deposit payment. So I called 8 days later saying what happened to deposit payment? And why does the customer have to call and ask where is the deposit being paid too. Fine I sent $200 deposit. Now it's May 12th and no word on my rug. So again I have to call and ask where is my rug? Communication is not a strong attribute of this cleaning service. So now rug is ready to deliver in my new apartment. Timing was essential because right after rug the bedroom set was being delivered. So workers dropped off rug on Sunday morning. And now same guy that says he needed deposit when he picked up rug. He wants to charge me for deposit again. I said no way! And literally had to show him email receipt of deposit paid. Now I did not pay attention to look at rug until right before delivery of bedroom set. And what do I see? THE RUG IS NOT 100% CLEAN. I was like wtf? I paid $550 for a partially cleaned rug. My rug is a Super Kashan model Ivory. (See pic) you can see difference between top and middle. Top is ivory and looking towards middle it's still dirty. Unreal! Secondly I was not going to waste my time with these idiots. Literally would have no place to keep new queen size bedroom set in one bedroom apartment. And imagine having to move bedroom set breaking my back because a cleaning company can't clean a rug. What are they blind? I trusted their work based on reviews but boy was that a mistake. Wish there was zero stars. Because they deserve zero for this failure. I would NEVER recommend this company. My advice would be go to Home Depot and rent a machine. YouTube also shows you how to clean it your self.

The 2 downsides were 1) It took much longer than 6-8 hours to dry (actually about 48 hours).
