I would recommend All American to anyone in need of a Dumpster. We needed a Dumpster ASAP. We called a number of companies including the local waist management company. All American contacted us immediately and had the best prices hands down. I figured I would have to wait as with a number of providers, but Val showed up with the dumpster exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, polite and very thorough in describing what could go and could not go in the Dumpster. We had some paints which are not allowed and he told us that any paint store should be able to take. We finished the job earlier than expected and I called Val to see if he could pick up at 9am the day after Thanksgiving. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and the owner was great to work with. I called several times just to make sure there were no hidden dump fees that I found other companies were charging. I even called after hours and they returned my call the same night. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and up front about their pricing so I decided to put them to the test. They delivered the dumpster on time and even placed it exactly where I wanted it in my driveway. I have a lot of cars on my street so I know it wasn't easy to get it in there but they did what I requested. I got rid of a lot of junk that built up over 15 years and it truly transformed my home. Very accommodating and hospitable dumpster company, just had them pick up another 30 yard I rented after a handful of 40's and some 20's. They have been consistently priced vs. The other companies out there but the customer service is really above and beyond. Didn't charge me extra for appliances or a mattress either which has been a definite bonus seeing as how I seem to always have something of that nature. I have been a Contractor in the Bay Area for almost 40 yrs. I know the consequences of a bad review therefore for me to post one is RARE! This company is a total disaster from start to finish. They are impossible to get communication from, they make empty promises and then double and triple down on them and ultimately deliver nothing... After making multiple promises to deliver, they finally told me they were not interested in the work. When i expressed my dismay they told me to F off and that they were gonna come over and kick my ass. YES LITERALLY! Don't waste your time. They are a bit cheap and there is a reason why. Don't rent dumpsters for this company. The owner does not have proper licenses to operate truck. Truck is a moving safety hazzard. Could fail at anytime and it could fail on your property. All of their EQUIPMENT does not comply with DOT OR WITH CHP. Truck has no CHP inspection stickers. If I could put negative 5 stars I would. read more

I ordered a 40 yard dumpster from All American. Lisa was great to deal with and very professional. The dumpster arrived when they said it would. Drivers were great and dropped it exactly where I wanted. The contract is for 7 days but it clearly states it may be 2 or 3 business days later for pickup. The rental was picked up 2 days after the 7 days were up but that was fine since I kept adding to it. Prices were substantially lower that others I called. I called these people to order a dumpster. I told them what I had to dump and that I needed some help to put it in the dumpster. I am 70 years old and handycapped. They said sure. They sent the owner out to my house to assess what I had to put in the dumpster. I showed him everything. He said the reason for him coming out to my house was to make sure I was ordering the right sized dumpster. He said I needed a 30 cubic foot dumpster. That will take everything. He never discussed needing a 2nd dumpster. They couldn't bring the dumpster out for another week. When the dumpster showed up with the two people, that were going to help me, I thought to myself that the dumpster looks to big. The two people that showed up was a woman and a teenage boy. The owner said that when they were finished putting the small stuff in, that there will be two men showing up to put the big stuff in the dumpster. I figured they were going to be here all day, or until the job was done. They quoted me a price of $900.00 for the whole job. $700.00 for the dumpster and $200.00 for the helpers. To my surprise, after 3 hours they came to pick up the dumpster and haul it away. They said they were done, but only half of my stuff was put into the dumpster. The dumpster was not full by any means. They said that if I wanted the rest of the stuff picked up I would have to pay for another dumpster. Now, when you pay $900.00 for a dumpster, you get to keep it for a week, not 3 hours. The people that came to my home to put things in the dumpster were nice, but the woman was on the phone 3 times for 5 to 15 mins. each time and every time she was on the phone the teenage boy (I'm saying he was about 19 years old) would stop working and just stand there. If I would have known that they would be leaving in 3 hours I would have said something to them. I am trying to sell my house. The last thing to be done to my house before listing it is to get this stuff put in the dumpster. There was a hold up of a week before the dumpster was delivered and now another week because of this mess. Every delay like this is coasting me money. I spoke to the office a couple of time and they were very uncooperative. It was their way or the highway. They were very stern and wouldn't let me talk. My realtor said that these people are a bunch of crooks. Very dishonest people, that take advantage of an elderly woman that has no man around to help her. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anyone. No one deserves to be cheated or treated like this. We ordered a dumpster and was told it would arrive between 8-8:30am. When we had not heard anything by 9am, we called and were told it would arrive by 9:45am. At 11am, there was still no dumpster and no one would answer our calls to the office. A dumpster did finally arrive at 11:20am, but by this time it was too late and we had to reject the dumpster. We will be disputing this charge as our order wasn't delivered as promised and will not use this service again. read more

He was able to get the dumpster in our small driveway with such patience and accuracy. They also picked up when they said they would. This past weekend we rented a dumpster to do a mass cleaning of our garage and yard. Something that was long over due. I'm just putting this out there for anyone thinking of doing the same. I did the call around to get prices i found a lot of places charge extra for mattresses, sofas and electronics. Well I found one place that doesn't and i have to say these people are so nice and know what they are doing. If you are thinking about getting a dumpster to do a mass clean out of crap contact All American dumpster renter. It's a flat fee now hidden cost for anything. I was going to get the 15 yard but after talking with the guy I went with the 20 yard. So glad i did. Only cost 50 bucks more but worth it. I should have gone with a bigger one.
