There were pluses and minuses with this experience; although, the minuses outweigh the pluses. Let me start with the scheduler whom I will say is quite persistent. Called twice within a 5 minute period of time, and then texted... that's fine. But the urgency behind the messages were a bit frustrating. I had scheduled a time for them to come out which was to be Memorial Day between 12 and 3. So, on the day of the first scheduled appointment, I got a text an hour or so BEFORE the scheduled time telling me a tech was in the area and could come by early. We weren't home, so I had to reschedule for a couple of days later (same time slot). I will say, the scheduler didn't really give me direction as to where this inspector was going to inspect... the ducts? The attic? The air vents? The unit the roof? No guidance whatsoever... I had to ask questions since I've never been through this process before. THEN when the tech sowed up the rest of the story happened. He was super polite and courteous, but he never offered to wear booties in my home and I had to tell him those were needed on all carpeted areas. He was super efficient and quick which I appreciated but he left a mess behind. We live in a 50!year old house that still has popcorn ceilings in some areas, and when he tested the air return, a bunch of popcorn fell into the carpet and tiled areas. Sadly, the guy just left it like that and didn't even bother to clean up after himself... not good! So, my recommendation to the owners of this business is to coach your people to offer booties for their shoes when they enter a home AND vacuum your mess up. I wasn't very happy that I had just vacuumed a few hours prior and a mess ensued by a contractor without being cleaned up.

I don't know if people are expecting them to pack or unpack their things. I sure did not. They help me moved from point A to point B and were really kind and efficient. Bait and switch. Spoke to owner on Wednesday to set up a Friday move. Advised this person what I…read morewas moving and that it would take no more then 2 hours. A time was set for Friday morning. Received a call Thursday at around 8 pm asking if we could reschedule to Saturday. I said no, I have to move by end of day on Friday. Was told OK, we will be there in morning. Received another call at 8 am Friday morning. I was told at this point that " we have a 4 hour minimum". I advised that I would not pay for 4 hours as there is no mention of a minimum on the ad and there was never a discussion of this during our previous conversations. After a few moments I was hung up on. Luckily I was able to get someone else to come do the move. Bottom line is I would not waste my time with this company. IMO was just a blatant attempt to rip me off. If you want to charge a 4 hour minimum put it on your ad or tell your client about it when you are booking the job. Not 2 hours before you are supposed to show up. And no you did not tell me any of this beforehand.
