Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They'll just waste your time.

They just farm out to some local contractor anyway. So I decided to search for someone more local. I called Matt and he was super helpful. He talked me through the project over the phone and came onsite to do the work once my roof was complete. He and his helping hand got to work quickly and efficiently. They have an organized and dialed operation. They stamped out a 61' 5" seamless aluminum gutter for me and had it installed in a few hours. It took them longer than expected to get the gutter strapped due to my metal roof but the end result is really good. They even painted the straps to match the trim--an option they could have tried to avoid. I was so impressed that I decided to pay them 30% more because I believe they underbid the project. Matt was conversational, friendly, and open to hearing feedback. The type of contractor you hope for every day.

Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! Armament answered on my first call and responded the same day. They were able to determine the active leak which was stopped, and were even able to refer the interior water damage to a local contractor to fix the interior ceiling damage. The room was impossible to access from the attic, so more damage assessment will be done once the ceiling is exposed during repair. I'm very happy for their work, honest advice, and overall great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to all!!
