Jamal lied to me when he said the scooter shop wasnt finished repairing it. I called to pick up my scooter when I called to see if it was finished. Why would I go to pick it up if he didnt say it was finished. He told me he uses only Zelle to accept payment for service. He knows u cant get money back when using Zelle, this is why this shop doesnt use Paypal or Zenmo. Zelle sucks and so does this shop. Dont bring your scooter to this SCOOTER SHOP. My bank couldnt get my money back and my scooter they damaged beyond repair.

Had to call an Uber X to get it home. Cost 50$. They sold it with tail light broken and mirror was off. No booklet or charger. We at first thought the battery went dead. They sent over the charger and said they forgot to give it. They didn't give the instructions which isn't online. After plugging in, it still didn't turn on. Tried everything. I'm very mechanical and know about these things. I went to their website, ElectricBikeShopNY.com and saw a new one without anything broken is on sale for 699 dollars. Plus tax. They charged 1200$ and ripped off my kid. I called 7 On Your Side. They need attention given to such a rip off place. My kid called the store and guy was rude and told him to fuck off. What kind of person is selling to kids like this? This shop and owner is the lowest there is out there. Do not go there! You will get ripped off also! He's slick talking and he's always 'giving you a deal'. I had a small throttle cable issue on my 03 Bonneville that only required taking the tank off and adjusting the position of the cable. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the tools to do it. Sean said they'd knock it out real quick and 'give me a deal'. When he handed me a bill for $280 I reluctantly paid that knowing I'd probably never come back there again. Also, next time I went to take my seat off, noticed that both stock Triumph seat bolts were gone and they just threw on 2 different bolts that weren't even the same length. I did buy brake pads from them once and they didn't over charge for those. I did the brake pad replacement myself tho... So maybe, if you need parts, see what they've got but don't have them touch your bike. Don't get your bike inspected there either. They'll charge you double what it costs

Convinced , I'm stuck with a lemon, I told Anthony, their master motorcycle-mechanic about the myriad of problems I had been experiencing , since purchasing the Rocket Storm from Triumph Of Westchester. Anthony assured me that he would go over the Rocket - so we set up an appointment. The issues were diagnosed .
