When we told him the part was broken, he forwarded us a receipt that showed he bought a USED EBAY part for $80, and ridiculously told us to get money back from eBay which is why we have the receipt he sent us and refused to refund us. We have multiple witnesses and recordings to prove he's lying. Do not get SCAMMED. Madison Ave Coach Works owner, Jin Han, is a con artist and does dangerous and horrible work. We were advised to file a lawsuit against them and also file a report with the NJ MVC, & NJ Attorney General's office. Jin scammed and threatened my 70-year-old mother with physical violence, saying that he would break her car mirror. Please read the other reviews that talk about their terrible work and con - they say "New parts" but buy cheap used & incorrect parts instead. My mom needed a passenger side mirror replaced and they installed a USED cracked eBay mirror that they knew did NOT FUNCTION. Mr. Han forced her to pay cash before he gave her the key to see the car. The mirror was the wrong part, it would not move and was so blurry you couldn't see. When we mentioned this, he threatened to rip off the mirror. Since she already paid and was scared, she had no choice and was forced to drive home dangerously with a mirror we couldn't see out of. Later we told him we would report this and he said he would give us a full refund. When we were on our way for the refund, Jin threatened my mom on the phone and said he was going to smash the mirror in front of her if she showed up and would never give back her money. Attached is the receipt from Madison Ave Coach Works, which falsely shows Genuine Lexus Parts quoted for $1,100. We ended up having to get the car fixed elsewhere and they confirmed Madison Ave Coach Works did a hack job, and that it was obvious Jin knew the part was faulty. I don't wish this on anyone, do NOT bring your car here. If you had similar problems like the other negative reviews, know you have rights, report them, and don't let these con artists bully you.

They are well known in the area for being a service location, and rightfully can be booked up for a bit. But appointments are easy to get when calling in. Once in for service, you will get phone updates and texts with detailed reports about the ongoing work. This is great for an overview and highly appreciated. Another convenience is after hours drop off and pick up which has been helpful on many occasions. Christine and Jordan are the best, and the value of the trustworthy work at Doyle's is priceless.

Calls and tells me I need 2 new back tires and a wheel alignment. Gave me different quotes, settled on $519, had a tire coupon for $79.00 mumbled something about not taking it but he would take $40 off. Fine I need my car for work at 1pm, he again said np. Its now 12:30 and no call, I decided to walk there (i live 5 minutes away) 2 clowns are outside doing nothing. I looked at my car nothing was done. I said "are you freaking kidding me"? Why isnt my car done????? One clown says "oh its saturday we are so busy" Really! I was told it would be done before i went to my job at 1pm.The clown says "give me 5 minutes and ill have it done". I said "5 minutes for 2 brand new tires and a wheel alignment are you kidding"? Don't touch my car! Furious I left, put air in my tire and went to work. I have heard bad things about this place, but I figured I live 5 minutes away just go there this one time. Never Ever again. Nobody there knows what they are doing. Setting up appointments when they know they can not do the work, wont accept coupons etc. I believe I was treated like this because I am a women.
