I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. Ben and Amy came out the very next morning and did a fantastic job installing a new unit. And I didn't even feel like they wanted my business to begin with even though I live close by. After I complained about the price he told me that they don't fix appliances, only diagnose the problem. I would have never had them come out if I had known this. We hired another plumber for a separate job last week and the service call was only $89. When I told him that Chapman had fixed an outdoor faucet for us about a year ago, he told me they didn't even do that right. Never again!!
