D&P Pools installed a fiberglass pool in my backyard. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I started my research on in ground pools 3+ years ago and D & P pools exceeded my expectations. Everyone was beyond professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable about the industry. Matt, Rick and the team answered all and any questions I had in a very timely manner (and there were A LOT!). There was (and is) a lot of uncertainty in the pool industry now with so many supply issues and D & P Pools was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. Picture is of our pool this spring (2022), before the patio was installed.

Hired then to open the pool. Did the minimum. Left without explaining anything, doors to garage and shed left open, lights on.

I have had truly terrible experiences with two other pool companies in the area, and USA Pools has been a pleasure to deal with!

Alex was very responsive and clear about the schedule, especially during this time with quarantine and pool season. He was able to fit us in the schedule somehow. Manny (contractor) came to inspect and next week 2 workers came and work all day with removing debris, cutting stones, measuring and keeping the work area clean as promised. Unfortunately the stone to cut was near the skimmer and they took their time to be careful to not damage it. I was very grateful . Next day, we realized we didn't have enough of the tiles to replace. They sat and took off the cement off the old tiles so we can reused them. I am amazed. They made it worked. The last day was mostly cement and grout. The workers were very respectful and worked really hard. And the work was amazing. Next day Manny and Alex came over to clean the pool as promised so we can use it after the cement dries. My only suggestion to Alex to explain to customers that the workers are contracted employees and if they do not show on time or at all, to call Alex right away. And to at least call ahead before showing up. Our experience was great and looking forward to working with them again.

We connected with Swimming Pool Center several times and we were assured that this was due to evaporation. By the end of the season the water level dropped to less than 1/3 full. It was suggested that the beginning of 2022 season get the pool filled, cleaned and call to have "divers" come out within a day or two. If it was only that easy, on Thursday, May 19, 2022, we paid for two deliveries of water (9,000 gallons). We took the advice given and contact Swimming Pool Center when the pool was ready: 1.) Monday, May 23 left voicemail - no response. 2.) Tuesday, May 24 left voicemail - no response. 3.) Tuesday, May 24 - completed a "Request" for status update - no response. At this point, we had already lost over 2 inches of water - thank heavens for rain! On the evening of Tuesday, May 24, we received a phone call from Lynn. Reader's Digest version: she emphasized evaporation, and this was normal. When we pushed her, she suggested we mark the liner with tape to determine the change in water level. By the following morning we lost another .5 inches of water! She proposed continuing to mark the liner for one more day - we expressed our concern that if we go another 12 hours the water would be below the skimmer! Wednesday, May 25 we had a confirmation from service that leak detectors/divers would be onsite by Noon on Friday, May 27. There was obviously a miscommunication because Friday I never received a call explaining or apologizing for the delay - service/divers arrived at 2:15 pm. They were successful in locating and patching a large hole in the seam. We understand that this time of season is extremely busy, but this headache has been ongoing for almost a full year. From a manager's perspective, it is important to prioritize your responsibilities - rate them by urgency and importance. Not by making excuses.
