Last year we noticed the coping and tiles were falling off. We couldn't find anyone. This summer after opening the pool, we called USA pool and they responded right away. Alex was very responsive and clear about the schedule, especially during this time with quarantine and pool season. He was able to fit us in the schedule somehow. Manny (contractor) came to inspect and next week 2 workers came and work all day with removing debris, cutting stones, measuring and keeping the work area clean as promised. Unfortunately the stone to cut was near the skimmer and they took their time to be careful to not damage it. I was very grateful . Next day, we realized we didn't have enough of the tiles to replace. They sat and took off the cement off the old tiles so we can reused them. I am amazed. They made it worked. The last day was mostly cement and grout. The workers were very respectful and worked really hard. And the work was amazing. Next day Manny and Alex came over to clean the pool as promised so we can use it after the cement dries. My only suggestion to Alex to explain to customers that the workers are contracted employees and if they do not show on time or at all, to call Alex right away. And to at least call ahead before showing up. Our experience was great and looking forward to working with them again. read more

Started dealing with Alex and this company in March. I was told my install would be 2600$ and would be complete at the end of May. The night before the initial install I received a call pushing it back 1 week (no big deal). Today the day of the install I was told the crew would arrive at 12pm to start the install. 2 people show up, take measurements, ask for a check of $2500 for a deposit. Possibly able to come back the following weekend to install the pool which now for some reason is going to cost over $4000. Long story short, they never planned on installing the pool. I can't say enough about Usa Pools. Our old company decided at the last minute to bail on our contract and opening season was upon us. Usa Pools gladly worked with us to get the pool open and up and running in time for the season. We had to also have the pump replaced and the professional team worked diligently to replace the pump and ensure that it was operating at peak performance. This company cares about their customers and have already gone above and beyond my expectations. I wish we had contracted with Dolphin Pools three years ago! Called yesterday for a service appointment, they said they could come out today between 12-1 and never showed or called!

After reaching out to USA Swimming Pool they said they could come take a look at my problem. I sent them a video of the issue and my address, told them they could come any time as it was easy to access. After two or three different no shows I tried calling, no answer. My guess is the issue was too difficult for them to fix, but instead of saying that they just ghosted me. Poor customer service if you ask me. I will be using a different company! read more

We had an excellent experience with Alex and his team at our home in Newton. He initially did a pool inspection for us, which let us know the state/condition of the pool and the systems.
